According to the Minnesota Student Survey (8th, 9th, 11th graders): 2025 Gender identity: 1,142 - Boy/Man Transgender 500 - Girl/Woman Transgender 1,136 - Genderfluid, gender non-conforming, or genderqueer 1,087 - Nonbinary 326 - Two spirit 2022 Gender identity: 1,618 - Boy/Man Transgender 548 - Girl/Woman Transgender 2,455 - Genderfluid, gender non-conforming, or genderqueer 2,977 - Nonbinary 395 - Two spirit There's nothing prohibiting 500 biological males from competing in girl's sports in Minnesota.
