Murder Committed after Magistrate Set No-Cash Bail

 Magistrate Judge Xander Orenstein let Anthony out of custody on no-cash bail after previously being arrested for felony robbery charges.

Now a police officer, husband, and father of two is dead.

Judge Xander Orenstein was reportedly pulled from arraignments due to his history of letting criminals out on no-cash bails.
