Laws Are for the Little Guys Not For We All-Knowing Teachers

The Legislature of the State of Tennessee imposes taxes and citizens are expected to pay.  These taxes support public schools which the Legislature requires young people to attend (or to pay for other schools or be homeschooled).  

But when the Legislature bans teaching CRT in the publicly funded schools, the teachers say “This law was really well crafted and accomplishes nothing,” So basically we’re doing what we’ve been doing.”
